Direct services connect Paro with Indian gateways including Kolkata, New Delhi, Bagdogra and Guwahati. Guests travelling from other Indian cities can connect through one of these gateways.
International guests can reach Paro through gateways such as Kathmandu, Bangkok, Singapore and Dhaka, depending on the operating schedule.
Book an Indian Railways train to Hasimara or New Alipurduar, continue by road to Jaigaon–Phuentsholing, and then travel onward to Paro. This is a longer journey, so allow an additional travel day.
Entry guidance: Indian citizens require a permit and can travel with an Indian passport or voter ID. Most other nationalities require a visa approved before travel.
Booking guidance: Flight schedules can vary by season and weather. Confirmed guests will receive recommended flight options and transfer timings before booking.
